Helveon was established in 2023 with a mission: ‘To acquire, operate and grow well-managed and profitable small and medium-sized enterprises with clear unique selling propositions’.
As we only invest in accomplished companies, we believe that we can nurture the attributes and preserve the entrepreneurial spirit and corporate culture that made them successful – we do not look to divest or break-up these companies.

Ultimately, we aim to lend our expertise, know-how, and the potential for synergies to already successful teams – these acquisitions remain independent in terms of their strategy, operations and results, retaining the aspects of the business that made them attractive to us in the first place.
